To help us provide the best possible service please include:

  • Detailed fault information 
  • Videos/Pictures of the issue 
  • Any related previous service history not necessarily on Directed Portal 
  • Any steps already taken during fault-finding.


Required Information for All Tickets

1. Phone Details
Please provide the following screenshot/s from the customer’s main phone (or if a specific phone related issue the main problem phone and any other phones used).

  • For Apple - SettingsGeneralAbout - screenshot iOS and Model Name 
  • For Android - SettingsAbout Phone - then screenshot Model > Software information then screenshot Android version (please note this is guide, there are variations across different Android versions).

This ensures we can accurately check compatibility and provide correct advice. 


2. Multimedia Product & Vehicle Information

Please also supply the five required images showing:

  • The multimedia product installed
  • The relevant vehicle details needed for diagnosis
     (These images allow us to identify the correct system and verify installation requirements.)
  • NOTE: If vehicle has modifications, please take photos of exterior/interior showing these, thanks.
